To provide you with accounts, loans and services, we collect nonpublic personal information about you from sources such as: the applications, enrollment forms, loan documents and account agreements you complete; your transactions and account history with us; consumer reporting agencies; email, secure messages and marketing surveys; and third-party partners whose products you use through us.
How we protect your personal and financial privacy
Vendors and partners must agree to strict confidentiality standards before we share any nonpublic personal information with them. We disclose member information only with your consent, or as permitted or required by law. Per Regulation V, also known as the FACT ACT, the Credit Union may report information about your account to credit bureaus.

Employee access to nonpublic personal information is restricted to staff who need it to service your accounts or comply with applicable law. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information against unauthorized access and use.
Special notices
USA PATRIOT Act (Section 326). To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money-laundering activities, federal law requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This may include verifying your identity against third-party databases and checking your credit history.
Children’s privacy (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under the age of 13 through our website. If a child’s email or personal information is received, it is deleted without being stored or disclosed.
What you can do to help
- Keep your PINs, passwords and one-time codes secure; never share them with anyone.
- Avoid giving out account numbers unless you know who you are dealing with.
- Maintain current contact information with us so we can reach you about suspicious activity.
- Report lost or stolen cards, unauthorized transactions, or unusual emails/calls to us promptly.
