License & access
Pacific Spruce Federal Credit Union (“PSFCU”) grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the mobile app on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your Pacific Spruce membership and accounts.
Permitted use
The app is provided for members in good standing to access account balances, move money between Pacific Spruce accounts, deposit eligible checks, pay bills, manage card controls, and communicate securely with our staff. Use the app only for these intended purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app.
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app to any third party.
- Use the app to transmit viruses, malware, or any unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Tamper with app functionality, circumvent security features, or interfere with other members’ use.
- Use the app in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Updates
We may release updates, patches and new versions of the app from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using certain features or to address security issues. You are responsible for keeping the app current. The terms governing each version are the most recent published on this page.
Device & connectivity
You are responsible for providing a compatible device, operating system and internet connection. Data and messaging charges from your carrier or internet provider may apply. PSFCU is not responsible for any third-party charges associated with your use of the app.
App-store terms
If you downloaded the app from Apple® App Store®, Google Play™, or another third-party distribution platform, your use is also subject to that store’s terms. PSFCU is solely responsible for the app and its support, not the app store. App store names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Liability
The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” PSFCU disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interruptions, data loss, or third-party charges.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, security concerns, or any reason permitted by law or our Membership and Account Agreement. On termination, the license to use the app ends immediately.
