Security first

Built with the protection of a bank, not a side-project.

Our online banking platform uses bank-grade encryption, multi-factor authentication, and continuous fraud monitoring. Every session is tracked for suspicious activity and flagged to our team in real time.

  • Biometric sign-in. Face ID and Touch ID are supported on compatible phones.
  • Multi-factor auth. A one-time code protects every new device login.
  • Real-time alerts. Custom push notifications for transactions, balance thresholds, card activity and more.

FAQ

Online-banking questions.

I forgot my username or password.

Use “Forgot username” or “Forgot password” on the login screen. You’ll verify your identity with a code sent to your registered email or phone. If you’re still stuck, call us.

What are the mobile-deposit limits?

Most members can deposit up to $2,500 per day via mobile capture. Higher limits can be unlocked after 90 days of active mobile-deposit history — ask a teller.

Can I set up account alerts?

Yes. Inside online banking, head to Settings → Alerts and pick the triggers (low balance, large withdrawal, foreign ATM use) and delivery channels (push, email, SMS).

What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

Call us immediately at (541) 336-2321 and we’ll de-authorize the device. If you also want to freeze your debit card, dial the 24/7 card line at (800) 523-9078.

Is online banking free?

Yes. Online banking, the mobile app, mobile deposit and bill pay are all free for members in good standing.

Review the Home Banking Disclosure and App Terms before enrolling. Your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000 by the NCUA.
