Do I need to be a member to apply for a loan?
Yes — you need to be a member in good standing. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Lincoln County, Oregon. You can join and apply at the same time with a $5 opening deposit.
How fast can my loan be funded?
Most consumer loans are reviewed the same business day. Once approved and signed, funds are typically deposited to your Pacific Spruce account within one business day.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No. You can pay off any Pacific Spruce loan early with no additional fee.
Will applying hurt my credit?
We use a soft pull for pre-qualification. A hard inquiry is only performed once you accept a loan offer — and it has a small, temporary impact on your score.
